Place Names Projects

A lot of inspirational work happening right now is being done with Alaska Native place names. Many organizations are working to record their community's knowledge, and to create maps and atlases of their region. There are many language summits on place names happening, some of which are listed below. If you know of one, please contact us and we will make sure to add it to our website and to include it in the Alaska Native Language Revitalization Digest.
